Update on Orchard Hills Neighborhood 4

Construction continues on the final neighborhood of Orchard Hills. The gated community is planned with approximately 520 new homes, many with views across the city. Home sizes range from 2,100 to over 4,200 square feet with lots upwards of 5,200 square feet. It also includes new parks and trail connections. Site preparation and preliminary infrastructure work on the community began in late 2021 and the first homes are planned to be available in 2025.
